Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Design Wear Studio website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Design Wear Studio reserves the right to cancel orders and close accounts where we have reason to believe this condition has not been met.

Design Wear Studio sells exclusively pre-designed, original artwork printed on garments. All designs in our catalog are created and owned by Design Wear Studio. We do not accept customer-submitted artwork or custom design requests. Products are printed on demand. Each order is produced after purchase.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product at the listed price. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product details you select, including T-shirt colour, print position (front or back), and size, are correct before completing checkout. Please review the live product preview carefully before placing your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide, including your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number, is accurate and complete. Design Wear Studio is not responsible for orders that cannot be fulfilled or delivered due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Design Wear Studio reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through PayHere. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Your payment is charged at the time your order is placed.

Because each product is printed on demand, production typically takes 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery times are additional and depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. While we take every care to meet these estimates, Design Wear Studio is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. To cancel, contact [email protected] immediately with your order number. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, print errors, wrong items received, or items damaged in transit. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery. All designs, artwork, images, text, and content on the Design Wear Studio website are the exclusive property of Design Wear Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to wear and use the garment. It does not transfer any ownership of the underlying artwork. You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute any Design Wear Studio designs or content without our prior written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Wear Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
