Can I choose where the design is printed?
Yes. Every product lets you select front-center or back-center placement before adding to your cart. The live preview updates so you can see exactly how it will look.
What T-shirt colors and sizes are available?
Available colors and sizes vary by design. Open any product to see the full options. Sizes generally run XS through 2XL. If a size or color is not shown, it is not available for that design.
Can I upload my own design or request a custom print?
We do not offer custom design uploads. Design Wear Studio sells exclusive pre-made artwork printed on demand. Every design in our catalog is original and available as shown.
How long does production and delivery take?
Each order is printed on demand after purchase. Production typically takes 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method, estimated at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because every item is printed to order, we accept returns or exchanges only for defects or errors on our end. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we can accommodate bulk orders. Reach out via email with your required designs, quantities, sizes, and delivery timeline for a personalised quote.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and view your order status under Order History.
