Shipping & Returns
Every Design Wear Studio order is printed on demand. Here is everything you need to know about production timelines, delivery, and our returns process.
Printed on demand - allow 2-4 business days for production
Your garment is only produced after your order is confirmed. This ensures every piece is fresh and made specifically for you. Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping
Delivery within Sri Lanka
We currently ship to all addresses within Sri Lanka. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery estimates are from the time your order leaves our production facility, not from the time of purchase. Total wait time = production (2–4 days) + delivery.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to follow your delivery in real time. You can also view order status by logging into your account.

Our returns policy
Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference. Please review the size guide and product preview carefully before ordering.
We do accept returns for:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g. holes, stitching failures, print peeling).
- Print errors (wrong design, misaligned placement, faded or incomplete print).
- Wrong item received (different product, colour, or size from what you ordered).
- Damaged in transit (item arrived visibly damaged).
How it works
Returning or exchanging an item
Contact us within 7 days
Email [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the defect or error.
We review and approve
Our team will assess your claim within 2 business days and confirm whether a return or exchange is approved.
Return the item
If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs for approved claims are covered by Design Wear Studio.
Replacement or refund issued
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue a replacement or a full refund within 5 business days.
